Management Team
President
William B. Riddick is a 30-year computer
industry veteran. Originally from Elizabeth City, NC, Riddick
received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from NC State University
and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
He spent 19 years at Memorex Telex in various technical, marketing,
sales and management roles. Before purchasing CSP, Riddick
spent 18 months with Bay Networks.
Vice-President of Network Services
JD Helms has over 15 years of IT experience while
serving in many leadership and business development roles. He has
extensive knowledge and experience in Managed Services and Cloud Services,
including founding Network Management Partners, a Raleigh-based MSP he sold
to Alpheon in 2009. He recently relocated from Portland, Oregon where he
served as Cloud Services Manager for Viewpoint Construction Software.
Mr. Helms attended North Carolina State University studying Business
Administration and was a varsity athlete for the football team. He has
a degree in Nuclear Technology from Valencia Community College and served
in the US Navy's Nuclear Power Program before launching his career in IT.
Vice-President & Chief Information Officer
Michael Bowman has over 30 years of experience
developing, marketing, selling, and servicing information technology
solutions. Before joining CSP, Michael was Chief Operating Officer
at Sentrisystems, a security systems software provider. He also
led customer services, sales and business development efforts
at Ganymede Software (acquired by NetIQ) and was VP of Marketing
and Business Development for Netlink (acquired by Cabletron).
Earlier, he spent over 13 years with Memorex Telex in various
technical, product management, marketing, and senior management
roles. Michael is a graduate of NC State University with a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering.
Vice-President of Customer Engineering
Scott Forbes has over 20 years of customer
service and computer technology experience. Scott joined Computer
Service Partners in 1997, as a customer engineer and soon became
the Raleigh Operations Manager. He has served as the Director
of Customer Engineering since 1998. Prior to joining Computer
Service Partners, Scott worked with ITT Corp. for three years
and Tekton, Inc. for 12 years.
Vice-President of Human Resources & Administration
Liz Mark has over 14 years of experience in the
computer industry. She brings more than 20 years of administration,
accounting/finance, human resources, and management experience from
various roles in the dental, health and insurance industries.
Ms. Mark is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management
and is a graduate of NC State University where she received her B.S.
degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science.
