This specialization designates Computer Service Partners as an expert design, integration and support partner for Cisco IP Telephony and Unified Communication solutions. “Unified Communications” (UC) refers to the consolidation of voice, data, and video networks into a single manageable and cost efficient IP platform. Just a few of the solutions in the UC environment include unified messaging of email and voice mail, video telephony, web conferencing, branch office and home office communications, and call center solutions.
