CSP and ECU Launch Internship Program

(Raleigh)  Computer Service Partners, a Raleigh based IT Firm and Cisco Systems Advanced Unified Communications Partner, has announced together with the East Carolina University’s College of Technology and Computer Science it will launch a program this spring to provide internships to students of the College. 

According to John Cameron, an Account Executive at CSP, “We service clients of all types and sizes, from small, single site businesses with a few employees, to large banks with multiple branches spread around the state. With more and more organizations moving to Unified Communications the ECU students will gain valuable real-world experience working with our engineers as they design and deploy Cisco IP phone systems and other cutting edge communications, networking and computing solutions.”

John Pickard, a Teaching Instructor in the Department of Technology Systems at ECU added “As a Cisco Networking Academy site, partnerships like this strengthen our program as well as provide our students with an amazing opportunity to receive first-hand experience from industry leaders like Computer Service Partners.  This is a true win-win situation for everyone involved.”
