CSP is seeking a personable, customer-focused Desktop/Network Administrator to support our Small and Mid-Sized RTP-area and Eastern NC customers. If you have the following qualifications, we would like to talk with you:

Minimum of 3 years desktop support and basic network administration experience
Minimum MCP (Windows 2000/XP) and CompTIA A+ certification
Experience installing, supporting, and managing Windows 2000/XP desktops and laptops
Experience installing and supporting PC hardware (IBM, Dell)
Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Office and Symantec Anti-virus
Experience monitoring and troubleshooting data backup systems (ArcServe and Veritas)
Experience performing basic network admin tasks in Microsoft and Novell environments (user/email/printer/file share management)
Experience troubleshooting client-side network connectivity issues on Microsoft and Novell networks
Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects/priorities, and build strong customer relationships
A 2-year degree or commensurate experience.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

Experience supporting Small and Mid-Sized companies
Additional certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, and Novell technologies
