Our History

Computer Service Partners, Inc. was founded in 1993 by a former vice president of Decision Data Corporation. In the beginning, CSP provided hardware maintenance to businesses using IBM Midrange Systems in the Raleigh-Durham area.

In 1995, Mary and Bill Riddick purchased Computer Service Partners and began expanding the company's services to include:

Under the new ownership, CSP also expanded its coverage area to include all of North Carolina.

In 1997, Computer Service Partners purchased TriLink Corporation. With the TriLink purchase, CSP added ten new engineers, re-located to Cary, NC, and expanded its customer base.

Each growth spurt brought greater investments in systems, test equipment, and management structure - all to better serve our customers.

CSP now has service personnel in Fayetteville, Goldsboro, Ahoskie, New Bern, Greensboro, Winston Salem, Charlotte, and Asheville. In 1999, we opened a sales office in Greensboro to serve the Triad area.

In June 2000, CSP moved into an expansive new headquarters located on Nowell Road in Raleigh. With the move, we added a new state-of-the-art training facility to enhance our customized training programs.

Computer Service Partners now employs approximately 60 talented individuals and its revenues exceed $8 million per year. Check out our award-winning growth in Awards.
