Management Profiles

The President of Computer Service Partners,
Mr. William B. Riddick, is a 25-year computer industry veteran. Originally from Elizabeth City, NC, Mr. Riddick received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from NC State University and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He spent 19 years at Memorex Telex in various technical, marketing, sales and management roles. Before purchasing CSP, Mr. Riddick spent 18 months with Bay Networks.

The Vice-President of Sales,
Mr. John Livesay, has almost 13 years of product sales and marketing experience. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill in 1993, John went to work for IBM as a product specialist in the Personal Systems Group division. In 1997, John joined CSP as an Account Manager where he cultivated and managed many of CSP’s largest and closest clients. John has been instrumental in the development of CSP’s comprehensive Managed Services Solution offering. CSP has been providing Managed Services to clients since 2003 and has grown the practice to account for over 10% of CSP’s current total revenues.

The Vice-President of Network Engineering,
Mr. Michael Bowman, has more than 25 years of experience developing, marketing, selling, and servicing information technology solutions. Before joining CSP, Michael was Chief Operating Officer at Sentrisystems, a security systems software provider. He also led customer services, sales, and business development efforts at Ganymede Software (acquired by NetIQ) and was VP of Marketing and Business Development for Netlink (acquired by Cabletron). Earlier, he spent over 13 years with Memorex Telex in various technical, product management, marketing, and senior management roles.

The Vice-President of Customer Engineering,
Mr. Scott Forbes, has over 18 years of customer service and computer technology experience. Mr. Forbes joined Computer Service Partners in 1997, as a customer engineer and soon became the Raleigh Operations Manager. Since May, 1998 he has served as the Director of Customer Engineering. Prior to joining Computer Service Partners, he worked with ITT Corp. for three years and Tekton Inc. for 12 years.

The Vice-President of Human Resources & Administration,
Ms. Liz Mark, is a eight-year veteran of the computer industry. She brings more than 14 years administration, accounting/finance, human resources, and management experience from various roles in the dental, medical, and insurance industries. Ms. Mark is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a graduate of NC State University where she received her B.S. degree in Business Management with a minor in Computer Science.
