CSP was approached by one of the leading Triangle area real estate companies with a particularly daunting challenge. With over 200 agents throughout Raleigh and Durham, consolidating email and calendaring, while providing access from any computer platform, seemed out of reach with a limited budget.

Computer Service Partners was engaged to consult on this dilemma and provide solutions that would achieve the client's goals and yet remain within their budget. We recommended and implemented Novell's GroupWise v6.0 Web Access.

Now every user has their own email account with the company, and can receive email via an easily-accessible web site, or by using their own mail client. Furthermore, they are prepared for future integration with wireless email access via the WAP (Wireless Access Protocol) capability built into GroupWise v6.0.
Soon, agents will be able to send and receive real time email from a property with a wireless handheld PDA device like a Palm Pilot or WAP-enabled cell phone. The Novell email system is very easy to manage, and has increased productivity and employee satisfaction.
