Who Is The ALS Association?
The ALS Association is the only national not-for-profit health organization dedicated solely to the fight against ALS. They manage initiatives related to research, patient and community services, public education, and advocacy, all to provide help and hope to those facing the disease.
Their mission is to discover treatments and a cure for ALS and to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.

This solution will defend ALSNC users against a range of email-based scams and distractions:
Blatant malware threats as well as scams that don’t involve malware, including impostor emails and business email compromise (BEC).
Business continuity capabilities keep email communications up even when the server is down.
This solution continually monitors and responds to mitigate cyber threats as they occur. SentinelOne EDR has been developed to protect ALSNC’s systems before, during, and after a malware attack, employing different technologies and methodologies where necessary.
8×8 with Teams Integration
Cloud-based phones like those provided by 8×8 provide improved efficiency for ALSNC by limiting issues that come from having to replace or fix phones, as well as complicated management of adding and or removing employees.
With a VoIP system, ALSNC won’t have to deal with the issues caused by conventional phone systems, which means less downtime. VoIP also improves efficiency by providing ALSNC with numerous options for routing and answering calls, without the expensive on-premises technology and staff.
Datto Alto Backup Implementation
This robust data backup system will protect ALSNC’s data with a range of cutting-edge features:
Instantly Virtualize Data: Datto solutions can virtualize ALSNC’s data (locally or in the cloud) in a matter of seconds, providing them with an immediate and recent backup of their data, no matter what happens on site.
Unified Backup Processes: In a hybrid configuration, Datto solutions will instantly backup ALSNC’s data to onsite Datto appliances, and then mirror them to the Datto cloud. This means they get immediate access to their data provided by local devices, with the insurance that comes with backing up their data in the cloud.
Long-Term Data Continuity: On-site Datto appliances will maintain backups for months, allowing them to access data dating far back into the past.
Robust Security: Their onsite backups will be protected by the usual range of firewalls and encryption, and cloud-based backups are protected by the advanced ZFS file system. This both protects their data against malicious third parties, as well as accidental and silent corruption.
