CSP’s SafetyNet+ plan is the foundation of our Managed Services Program. You can rest assured that we are watching your IT systems 24/7.
This plan is perfect for an organization that requires high-end technical support for back-end systems and networks. Along with everything included in our SafetyNet+ plan, CSP will provide unlimited remote and on-site support for your IT infrastructure (servers, networks, SANs, security, etc). End-user support is available, but would be billed on a T&M basis.
With this plan, CSP remediates all technical issues that your users are confronted with daily. This support is provided via a private line to a staff of talented engineers. Remote access and troubleshooting is also available and can promptly remediate over 90% of technical issues. CSP also assigns a Virtual CIO who works to understand your business model and helps you create and maintain an IT strategic plan.
This plan provides organizations complete and comprehensive IT support for a flat, predictable monthly fee. Organizations gain access to CSP’s entire staff of talented engineers, as well as a strategic Virtual CIO. Comprehensive services are provided both remotely and on-site.
