Large & Diverse Engineering Force: CSP has approximately 40 employees – the majority of whom are talented, certified engineers with diverse technical backgrounds. Our team is comprised of world-class specialists who maintain certifications with a plethora of value-added vendors, including Cisco, Citrix, IBM, Lenovo, Microsoft, and VMware. Our broad array of experts can handle the most difficult technical challenges. We provide our clients with wide ranges of expertise that typically span well beyond their own in-house IT staff.

Meet the Management Team
William B. Riddick President and CEO
A 40-year computer industry veteran, Mr. Riddick received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from NC State University and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before purchasing CSP in 1995, he spent 19 years at Memorex Telex in various technical, marketing, sales, and management roles.
“Outside my career focus, I enjoy all the tremendous gifts God has blessed us with. I treasure my family, friends, and business associates. I am an avid follower of college sports, especially the NC State Wolfpack. I am also an avid follower of the Carolina Hurricanes and Panthers. I greatly enjoy outdoor activities such as biking, golf, and fishing on the NC Outer Banks. I enjoy our many fine restaurants, and eastern NC barbeque. In short, I love living in North Carolina….”
Stephen Riddick Vice-President of Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining CSP, Stephen honed his technical acumen at Cisco Systems. During his six years with Cisco, he achieved the #1 ranking in Cisco’s highly selective and world-renown Associate Sales Representative program. As a sales representative in Atlanta, Stephen earned the #1 or #2 quota achievement rank on his sales team every year. Stephen is a graduate of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and earned a B.A. in Economics and History at Wake Forest University. He is also a graduate of the Ravenscroft School in Raleigh.

Michael Bowman Virtual Chief Information Officer
Michael has been guiding and supporting CSP customers for over ten years. Prior to CSP, Michael held various senior management roles with award-winning IT technology companies, building technical support, sales, and marketing teams. Michael received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from NC State University.

Margie Figueroa Business Manager
Margie began her journey with CSP as the Administrative Assistant. While working full time, Margie worked her way through school at night graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors at North Carolina Wesleyan College with a BS in Accounting. Now in her 12th year at CSP, Margie has worked as the Administrative Assistant, Accounting Administrator, and is now the Business Manager. You could say Margie grew up in the CSP family just as she grew up in North Carolina – born and raised.
“I am truly blessed to have such a great work and home family. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I am lucky to have most of my family live close by. My husband and I love coaching, practicing and watching our kids play sports on their teams. We are also big Tarheel and NY Yankees fans. Every fall my husband and I play on a coed softball team in attempts to relive the glory days. I love animals, gardening, and being outdoors.”

With over 30 years of customer service and computer technology experience, Scott joined CSP in 1997. His outstanding leadership and management skills have been a great benefit to our customers and staff. Prior to joining CSP, Scott worked with ITT Corp. for three years and Tekton, Inc. for 12 years.
