Our team is the most important factor behind our twenty years of success. We have been fortunate to build and cultivate a large staff that embodies the mantra “innovative expertise with a personal touch.” Our engineers are always striving for the latest technical certification, yet they never forget how paramount personal connection is in a service-based industry. Whether striving to learn, or simply going the extra step for a customer, we believe in giving back to our community and are proud of the common drive our entire team shares.
Our CSP family is the driving force of our business, and our greatest strength. Here are a few ways the CSP team differs from our competitors:
Large & Diverse Engineering Force: CSP has approximately 40 employees – the majority of whom are talented, certified engineers with diverse technical backgrounds. Our team is comprised of world-class specialists who maintain certifications with a plethora of value-added vendors, including Cisco, Citrix, IBM, Lenovo, Microsoft, and VMware. Our broad array of experts can handle the most difficult technical challenges. We provide our clients with wide ranges of expertise that typically span well beyond their own in-house IT staff.
Personal Touch: As your IT Partner, we are committed to treating our clients with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and a friendly attitude. We listen carefully, speak clearly, and provide our customers with all the facts. It is our responsibility to help clients evaluate options, and not just propose a single approach. We charge fair and reasonable prices. We honor our commitments. Although our state has grown tremendously in the last 21 years, we still consider North Carolina to be a tight-knit community. We want to leave a valuable impression for years to come. Providing a “personal touch” is paramount in this quest.
Engaged Executive Team: We believe that every member of the CSP family plays an integral role in providing premier solutions and support for our clients. As a result, our CSP executive team has a simple mantra: provide everyone at CSP with the tools they need to successfully perform their jobs. To ensure all client needs are being met, our executive team is personally engaged with each client. Our goal is to ensure that CSP remains your optimal IT partner.
