Charles Boyle – CSP’s Employee Of The Quarter

Raleigh IT SupportCSP, Inc. is excited to announce our second Employee of the Quarter of 2019, Charles Boyle.

What Makes Charles Employee Of The Quarter?

Although Charles is new to CSP, Inc. this year, he has already gone above and beyond in his role, providing effective support onsite as well as volunteering further over the phone. He has shown tremendous commitment to his clients, even offering to be available during his vacation to provide additional support as needed.

All of Charles’ hard work helps to support his clients, his team, and make our company that much more successful.

What Does Charles Do For Our Clients?

Charles predominantly serves as the CSP, Inc. project manager, but he also has expertise as a technical engineer. With this expertise, Charles has taken on additional tasks outside of his official role:

  • Installing equipment,clappin
  • Helping RRT with on-call,
  • Optimizing SolarWinds,
  • And more!

Charles is exceptionally talented at managing projects and a complex task list, making sure that his coworkers never feel like they’re on their own. He’s everything we would hope to see in a manager, keeping on top of his workload, listening to coworkers and clients, and providing thoughtful insight.

Charles has an MBA in IT Project Management and a Project Management Certification from the University of Phoenix. He also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology and Business Systems Analysis. On top of these achievements, Charles is a Certified Meraki Network Associate (CMNA) and is SolarWinds N-Central Certified – all of these qualifications help. to make him such an effective addition to our team.
