CSP Inc. is pleased to announce the arrival of our newest employee, Coles Williams, who joins our team as a Client Account Manager.
Coles brings an extensive range of experience to our team – working alongside us to help our clients achieve growth and success through the effective use of information technology.
Coles will be responsible for working with existing our accounts and driving new business development as she:
Works with prospects to understand their needs as well as they’re short and long term goals – and help them understand what IT solutions are necessary to ensure they’re meeting those needs and goals.
Maintains existing client relationships that have already been established – ensuring all of our clients remain satisfied with our services and the way their technology works.
She comes to us after 3 years of inside sales and account management experience at another value added reseller/IT services company in Austin, TX, wherein she was a top producer in their inside sales division. She brings great energy, a positive attitude, and a competitive spirit that’s sure to be a catalyst for our company’s growth.
