CSP, Inc. is excited to announce the promotions of Rich Yoest to Rapid Response Team Supervisor and Josh Wilshire to Systems Engineer Team Lead. In their new roles, some of their primary responsibilities will include daily supervision of the RRT and SE Teams, oversee open ticket management, technical assistance and escalation, training and team development.
Scott Forbes, VP Support Services, states, “I have been working with both Rich and Josh to identify service delivery issues, training needs, new ticket handling procedures and other areas that need refinement. We have already established some clear departmental goals and prioritized our focus areas for 2017.
