CSP, Inc. is proud to announce that Matthew Morman has joined the team as a Senior Client Engineer. In this role, he will be an escalation resource on the Rapid Response Team and work with our Systems Engineers on more strategic client initiatives. Matthew has previously worked for two MSPs, where he had sole responsibility for a large external customer base providing both network and system support (Tier 1-4).
Matthew has a strong overall skill set and brings a high level of commitment to customer service. He holds certifications in A+, Network+, and MCTS, and is working toward his CCENT and CCNA with a completion goal within the next 3 months. We couldn’t be happier to have Matthew as a fantastic new addition to our team. We are excited to be working with him.
Outside of the IT world, Matthew loves Pro Football (his team is the Miami Dolphins) and working on old cars.
