CSP, Inc. and Datto proudly hosted a Lunch and Learn on April 10th on the importance of disaster recovery to fight cybercrime.  This fun and informative event was held at The Capital Grille in Raleigh.  Local business leaders filled the room for networking, fun trivia, and important content on how to protect his or her business.  Everyone agreed it was quite a success!

Participants received door prizes when questions were answered correctly.

Our Guest Speaker, Lauren Looney, Channel Development Manager with Datto, provided a presentation which focused on the importance of having a cloud-based disaster recovery plan in place. Specific topics included:

  • Common causes of downtime and their consequences.
  • The evolution of ransomware and its impact on businesses worldwide.
  • Risk mitigation and data protection solutions.
  • Business Continuity vs Data Backup.
