CSP, Inc. is proud to announce that Dillon Mullis has joined the team as Rapid Response Team Supervisor. Dillon joins CSP from GFI Software where he worked as a Technical Support Supervisor. In this role, Dillon was responsible for managing and prioritizing the workload of support engineers for all level I and level II support issues.
Prior to GFI, Dillon was in the US Army (retired) where he gained extensive IT knowledge and training. Dillon has experience in the following:
Supporting a variety of IT environments
Understanding industry best practices
Maintaining various types of hardware.
He brings with him several key certifications: Security +, Network +, and A+. When asked what he would like to focus on in this new role, Dillon responded, “I look forward to providing Optimal IT Solutions, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.”
Engineering Manager Scott Forbes was equally as excited about the addition of Dillon. “Dillon not only brings a wealth of experience, but equally as important, the discipline to execute on his priorities,” said Forbes.
Outside of work, Dillon is an avid fan of the UNC Tar Heels. He played football in college and still enjoys following his Heels.
