Happy Easter and CSP’s Holiday Schedule

From all of us at CSP, we would like to wish you and your family a Happy Easter!  We hope you have a blessed day.

We also wanted to provide a brief update on our holiday schedule.   The CSP corporate office will be closed for Good Friday on March 25^th.  However, we do recognize that not all companies recognize this holiday.  As such, we have a subset of engineers who will continue to provide support throughout the day on Friday.  You can continue to submit tickets via the helpdesk phone line or e-mail.  Please note, however, that while we are staffed to handle critical issues, lower priority tickets may not be addressed until Monday.  Standard after-hours service will be available over the weekend.
