Marc is our Lead Project Engineer for Networking. In this role, he focuses on rolling out new technology projects and serves as an escalation support engineer when required.
Marc is recognized for achieving superb customer satisfaction and being a team player. He never hesitates to chip in and help out his teammates. For an example, he worked extremely hard throughout a hectic holiday season for both CSP and our clients.
Marc has been with CSP for 11 years. He has numerous certifications, including a CCVP and Alphabet Soup of Cisco certifications. His specialties include Cisco networking, IP telephony (and Unified Communications) firewalls, wireless, switching, and VMware ESXi virtualization. He’s also a Cisco project engineer for VoIP, collaboration, security and wireless.
This is the 3rd time Marc has received the Employee of the Quarter Award.
