CSP, Inc. is proud to announce the latest addition to our staff of IT professionals: Richard “Rich” Yoest. Please join us in welcoming Rich to CSP, Inc.. Rich joins our team as a Client Engineer working with our Rapid Response Team (RRT).
Rich comes to CSP, Inc. from SoftPro where he was a Technical Services Analyst. Before SoftPro he was with GFI Software working as a Technical Support Engineer. His responsibilities at SoftPro and GFI included assisting customers with tier I & II issues, patch management, deploying agents, GFI faxing and SQL support. Rich is highly customer focused and brings a strong commitment to resolving customer problems in a timely matter.
Rich was a Wake County Elementary School teacher for six years (3rd, 4th and 5th grades) before deciding to start a career in IT. He is also a cabinet maker with over 10 years of experience.
Rich currently holds several certifications (A+, Network+, Security +, MCP and some CCNA training) and is currently enrolled at MyComputerCareer.com.
